
Peter Sabido is a senior associate whose practice includes obtaining, licensing, and enforcing patent, trademark, copyright, and trade-secret rights for his clients. His practice also includes analyzing and opining on the patentability and right-to-manufacture of inventions, the validity and infringement of patents, and the usability and registrability of trademarks and service marks. Peter supports clients from our Portland office and from our Bay Area office in Palo Alto, California.
Professional Background
Prior to his legal career, Peter was a senior engineer at Intel Corporation. At Intel, Peter assisted in the start-up of the Ronler Acres campus, the home of Intel’s next generations of microprocessors. He also performed process hazard analyses on several waste collection and treatment systems, and reviewed and ensured proper environmental management of over 700 chemicals. Additionally, Peter was a consultant for Arthur D. Little, Inc., where he performed safety reviews of various chemical, petroleum, and municipal facilities.
