Lainie Block’s practice focuses on litigation and appeals. She has represented local, regional, and national clients in intellectual property litigation and contract disputes. She rejoins Kolisch Hartwell from a business-litigation practice. She has argued many cases on appeal, both in private practice and as a former Assistant Attorney General, so she is particularly attuned to the importance of establishing a record at trial. As a former Deputy District Attorney, she tried 100+ jury and bench cases.
